Most cool to me is how, ok, well I will have to give a little prelude so that saying what I think coolest makes any sense.

In a shell… scientists took vibrational readings of water held by 4 different people. Each person’s water was imprinted with their personal vibrational imprint!

Then the scientists tested water with different kinds of flowers dunked in. Each type of flower made a different imprint, Daisies were different than Sweet William etc.

So water gets imprinted with information, and most fascinating to me is that we DRINK water filled with all manner of mysterious imprints unless we are intentional with our water!

AND the ocean is filled with gazillions of drops of water all imprinted with random bits of world wide vibrational information all mixed up!

Each water drop is unique! So Blue Solar water is imprinted by the light and our blessings for a miraculously high vibration!

So that is something to hold onto! That a reward for our consciousness (that at times has made blissful ignorance look very appealing) is…

Is what?

That we are at least 2/3rds of the way down the soul evolution continuum?

That this looking at every little thing that happens and shifting something 8 times out of 10 way of life means we have learned our lessons well and are knee deep in practical applications?

Ut oh now I’m thinking hard about why the idea of possibly being an old soul is so appealing?

Is there something here I need to shift?

Ha ha ha! And so it goes…

Do you know anyone who DOESN’T struggle with an over zealous sweet tooth?

What’s the deal with cravings beyond our conscious control anyway? Recently the relentlessly curious healer in me started digging for the core beliefs that CAUSE sweet tooths, sweet teeth…

I know you’re in there! You can run but you cannot hide O Gingerbread Man of the Core Beliefs! Gotcha! (It’s really late can you tell?)

But THAT in a nutshell is the key to Instant Healing, transforming the core issue.

So what IS the underlying emotional situation of cravings?

Because I can’t think of one situation I’ve EVER seen where handling a physical symptom only on the physical level has ever permanently cured ANYTHING? (Aside from broken bones and emergency issues and those still require delving into WHY you hurt or broke what you did.)

Underlying emotional issues just keep knocking on your mental and physical doors louder and louder until you take care of them.

So I asked the Universe, “Universe what is the cause of sugar cravings? And the Universe answered “they pacify your inner child.”

Then I thought about it and even if I wanted to get all physiological about it, evidence starts piling up for the pacifying a hurt inner child theory. 5HTP is known to help stop sugar cravings because it’s a precursor to serotonin, your brain’s happy chemical!

Chromium helps stabilize your blood sugar levels to prevent mood swings…L Glutamine straightens out your intestinal processing (your ability to process food that emotionally represents your ability to process life)…

Why do we need Comfort Food? I have a theory…

That instead of knowing the difference between a baby’s different cries, parents most often just shove a bottle in their crying baby’s mouth. So most of us grow up A. without having our real need met and B. without any real skills for managing our emotions or self soothing.

We meet our need to feel better the only way we know how and train our babies how to distract themselves from their pain, because so few of us begin to know how to process emotions in a healthy way. Thank GOD for instant healings!

What do we know to be true about emotional pain and trauma? Does it magically disappear if we ignore it, or run away from it, or self medicate? NO.

It gets bigger and BIGGER, and more and more In Your Face until you take care of it!

No amount of alcohol, pot, doughnuts, exercise or shopping (you know who you are) can help you escape from your emotions. Not even dying. They SAY “you can’t take it with you when you go” but that is not the case with emotions. You TAKE THEM ALL, big baggage and small.

“A very loud thing is barking at me, how annoying” saunter saunter…

Jemma’s barking is soooooo much louder at night when all of the neighbor’s houses are dark.

So what do skunks MEAN? Animals Speaks-wise?

OH! I LOVE the message! Its Universal Law #1 Do No Harm.

“Defend yourself effectively but without further conflict.”

Weeeeell, skunks have a very powerful nonviolent defense mechanism. No one wants to mess with THAT! Words associated with skunks are defense, peace, prudence, protection, confidence, awareness, pacification, effectiveness, good judgement, patience, carefreeness.

Since no one in the rest of the animal kingdom wants to deal with the consequences of messing with a skunk (save for ignorant little suburban dogs with no sense of self preservation) they are gifted with having a carefree existence.

We would all do well to ask ourselves what is my powerfully stinky yet peaceful super power?

What wisdom does my inner Pepe Le Pew have for me? The spirit of the skunk is said to provide quality judgement for finding diplomatic ways out of stressful situations with people who really trigger you.

Oooo I like it! The skunk is for calming ourselves when we are on our last nerve and little kids who are beside themselves. Just remember to say thank you when calling upon the spirit of the skunk, its only polite.

I am so grateful to have this new appreciation for skunks rather than simply being grateful I’m not driving to the store right now to buy a bathtub full of tomato juice!

What Giant Party required jars of this size?!

Where are the ruins of the ginormous jar factory that made these jars?

The Jars are said to date to the Bronze age (3200 to 700 BC) . They are clearly very ancient and yet we don’t currently have the tools to make thousands of giant stone jars today?

THOUSANDS of megalithic jars are scattered around the landscape of the Xieng Khouang Plateau, Laos are s as though Giants had a party and did not clean up their mess!

There are steps that lead to the Plain of Jars; these were stair making folks.

How many dead people do you reckon they could fit in each jar?

The running theory on what these ginormous stone jars were for is that they must have been for prehistoric burials. Why then are the remains that have been found in nearby caves and OUTSIDE of the jars?

Thumbs down to prehistoric coffins idea.

Let’s use our God given logic for a minute. If ANYTHING about our perception of history is accurate then “prehistoric” folks had to fill their days with COLLECTING FOOD to survive. So who in the heck subsidized the artists who created these pots?

These people were salt traders. They are believed to have traveled by canoe on the Mekong river. They traveled far and wide, over the mountains and through this valleys.

These were Austro-Asiatic peoples, who are believed to have lived by hunting and gathering before the days of agriculture.

My inner potter thinks these look like enormous thrown pots. Like somehow the stone was malleable when they were made? Were the artists much larger than us (perhaps the giants mentioned in the bible?) How do you explain such symmetry on such a large scale?

Who was the lucky fella in charge of putting the lid on and off this?

So they were salt traders and made fish paste, fermented stuff that reminds me of Korean recipes stored in jars underground.

What is more logical? Well none of us was there so we are not likely to ever know, unless… save for this one word UNLESS…

To me these jars are another piece of evidence to prove we know NOTHING about the true history of this planet : ) Our current telling of history makes NO actual, logical sense.

It doesn’t account for the ancient runways that scar this planet, ancient nuclear war wreckage or the ancient buildings we don’t have the ability to construct today…

Then yesterday she and I listened to a woman speak about the subconscious programming/wounds/vows we have regarding money, care of our ancestors (cultural, religious, genetic, past life.)

For most of us, unspoken “tribal laws” or family customs, belief systems and operating systems become our unconscious programming while we are too young to have a conscious say in the creation of our belief system.

The woman, let me look up her name.. Margaret Lynch suggests holding a picture of your family in your hand or mind. Now drum up how money feels to your family. Is there anxiety or fear there? Feelings of lack, unfairness, bitterness, enslavement, complaining, exhaustion, hopelessness, betrayal, loss, tragedy, trauma, martyr, pessimism, pride, imbalance, abandonment? Is there a feeling of being capable of creating more than enough money? Is it possible to have more than enough money easily?

Here are some of the highlights from my notes to take into consideration when you are clearing on ancestors and money. This, for me, was as of yet a much neglected area.

Top 10 Possible Beliefs/Vows etc.

1. Family first. I vow to be loyal to my tribe. I vow to always support my tribe and live by the customs/laws of my tribe.

2. I must be UNlike and reject the ways and customs of my tribe at all costs.

3. I’m afraid that I will be rejected and cast out of my tribe for being different/more successful than them.

4. There is never enough.

5. Must work hard for money.

6. If I have and enjoy a lot of money I must balance out my joy with some other form of suffering; must punish myself with illness, weight gain, accident, loss or lack in another area.

7. My tribe has always put work before family. Money is more important than me.

8. My survival and value are based on the money I create.

9. I feel guilty for existing and making my parents have to work so hard to take care of me.

10. Personal safety, well being, happiness and love are not as important as marrying rich. I am pretty but not smart, so marrying rich is my only hope for survival.

Okay so there are some of the negative aspects of our ancestral financial heritage to clear on and replace with the positive opposites.

What other positive things do you and I want to resonate with…

Money LOVES me! Money is energy and flows easily to me! I am capable of mastering money.

I know and understand how to receive many and other wonderful things with grace and ease.

I enjoy who I am with money! I recognize and see my brilliance. It is possible to be well rewarded for joyful work.

Most importantly (to me) she emphasized that we came here specifically TO SURPASS our tribe! To evolve beyond their accomplishments into a better more improved version of them! It felt like being given freedom when she said that!

I love the radically simple and the answer to the riddle falls into that category…

The answer to the riddle is… NOTHING. Ha! Crazy huh? Nothing is greater than God! If you eat NOTHING you will die! Ha! Answers hidden in plain sight.

Okay, that is what I have to record here today in my collection of pretty shiny bits of clearing treasures!

For those of us still chipping away at clearing forgiveness, accepting what happened AS IS can seem nigh impossible.

Which is precisely where you start digging and clearing… Why is it impossible to accept what happened AS IS? What would it mean if you forgave what happened? Who are you really still upset with? The other person? Yourself? God? Many people?

Your logical old brain knows holding onto your pain only hurts you more, so ask yourself why can’t you fully let it go? What is the worst
part of letting it go?

For experimental purposes… I aim to find out! Since I bought some new blue bottles I have been drinking 3-27 ounce bottles of it a day! (It is said that one drop of Blue Solar Water restructures ALL of the regular water you pour it into, be it in your tub, a lake, a container, or your body)

So is drinking 3-27 oz bottles a day overkill we may wonder? Weeell more is better where I am at emotionally at the moment.

The days hydrated with Blue Solar Water HAVE actually been miracle filled! Energy that was very thick, incomprehensible, heavy and stuck is quickly m o v i n g again!

So far I have filled an 8 and 1/2 sheet of paper with the miracles I have been blessed with!

Listing my miracles on paper helps me to really grasp the quantity of miraculousness I am now experiencing or actually to be able to SEE the increase in miraculousness in my life.

So, its definitely working and I definitely don’t care if its just my absolute belief that it works that is making these miracles. Do you really care HOW your miracle is able to get to you? I don’t : )

Who from your past are you positive loved you? How do you know they loved you? There’s your answer! Is it because they spent so much time with you? Is it because they told you they love you so often? Is it because they gave you so much?

FINALLY today I found some! At a store in TX called Spec’s they sell Saratoga water in 28 oz blue glass bottles and Tynant in little 11 oz bottles (Oooo 11 ounces magical!)

It’s just soooooo exciting after having been without for sooooo many months this feels like an enormous energetic victory! Being in the flow of goodness again. I have heard that Trader Joe’s sells their bottled water in blue bottles, a whole case for around 10 dollars!

My friend Jessie just walked in the kitchen and asked what was with all the blue bottles. After I explained she told me that rooting seedlings on a windowsill in a cobalt blue cup is supposed to be magical! So I’ll give it a try with a sweet potato and will let you know how it goes.

What else? Oh! Also I read on Twitter about a woman who practices ho’oponopono who uses a blue bowl clearing method. You can use the blue bowl in your mind to put your troubles in and then imagine throwing it into a volcano, or put slips of paper with your troubles on them in an actual blue bowl filled with water in the sun and let them dissolve.

Besides Mabel Katz and Dr. Len saying so, what is the other evidence for blue light creating holy water? I am going to go Google RIGHT NOW!

OK so there is a blue light miracle that happens in the Church of the Resurrection in Jerusalem (the holiest place on earth) where Christ was crucified, entombed and rose from the dead.

So, the Holy Fire (BLUE!) is the most renowned miracle in the Eastern Christian world. It has taken place at the same time, the same way, in the same place every year for centuries! But what does it do?

Blue fire whirls around the church; it sparkles, it flashes like lightning, it flies like a dove lighting up the unlit lamps and candles! The flame doesn’t burn you if you touch it; people wash themselves with it. Those who have candles lit by the miracle, or who see the blue light, leave Jerusalem changed. There is a differentiation between life “before and after” the Holy Fire!

Hmmm… According to this site  http://souledout.org/healing/bluedot/bluedot.html when you see blue light with your eyes closed you are seeing the “subtlest covering of your own soul!” Swami Muktananda says that that blue light may look small but it contains all the different planes of existence.

This website http://www.crystalinks.com/colors.html tells how Blue is a faster moving frequency than we experience in the physical and raises our frequency. It gets more energy moving in your cells. It’s the color of truth, serenity and harmony for calming the body and mind.

And this article, http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2010/01/100106193438.htm tells how scientists are using blue and yellow light to shut down the parts of people’s brains that cause things like epilepsy and parkinsons, very cool!

Ok I’m tired out for tonight but hope to stumble upon many more wonderful ideas about blue soon.
